Do you think of galleries as stuffy places where snooty people walk around with their nose up in the air and mutter to each other? That's not what Final Fridays are all about, and it's definitely not what it's like at Enjoy the Arts!
We think of Final Friday as a celebration of art, where you can meet new people, have a bite to eat, and even converse with the artist currently showing in our gallery. Every month (except December and August) we open a new artist's show with a big party, often with live music. Thank you to all our friends and supporters that help make these such a success!
Our Final Fridays are attended by fun, friendly people - no stuffy atmosphere here! We always have a great time, and many people bring large groups of friends or even the whole family. Since we are in the center of the Final Friday Gallery Walk area, many people start out at our office, pick up a map of the participating organizations, and make their way around to all the galleries. They alsusually end up finishing off the night with us, before heading out to the bars in the north Main Street entertainment district.
So stop by, have a bite to eat, grab a map, see some great art, and meet some cool people! NOTE: Enjoy the Arts is not open for the Final Friday in December and August.
