The Covedale Center for the Performing Arts will hold auditions for THE PERFECT MUSICAL COMEDY, GUYS AND DOLLS, at the following dates and times:

All auditions will be held at the Covedale Center for the Performing Arts, 4990 Glenway Avenue in West Price Hill.

Auditionees must be a minimum of 18 years old. Cast includes many roles for adult males, females, singers or dancers.

ArtReach: A Division of The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati, needs an African-American female actor 18-30 years old for full-time employment in touring productions August 2008 through May 2009. The Drama Workshop will hold the second round of auditions for Inherit The Wind, by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee, on Wednesday, February 13 and Friday, February 15, 2008 from 7pm-10pm at the Mercy HealthPlex at Mercy Western Hills Hospital, 3131 Queen City Ave. Many of the major roles have been filled, but many important secondary roles are still available. If you ever wanted to be on stage then this is the play for you. There are speaking roles, crowd roles and townspeople of all ages with a few lines. Auditionees will read from a script against other actors.

Falcon Theatre is proud to announce auditions for its upcoming production of “HAIR!”. Auditions will be held February 11th & 13th at 7:00 PM at Monmouth Theatre in Newport. The LCT 2008 Unified Auditions will be held Saturday, February 23 and Monday, February 25 at the Carnegie Center for Visual and Performing Arts, 1028 Scott Boulevard in Covington. They are open to actors 18 years of age and older. Actors will have two minutes to perform two contrasting monologues or a monologue and a song. Scheduling priority on Monday, February 25 will be given to members of Actors’ Equity Association and on both days to members of the League of Cincinnati Theatres.

The Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center and New Edgecliff Theatre are seeking men and women for the March 21-22 co-production of the Stephen Schwartz musical The Baker’s Wife. Auditions will be held at The Carnegie on Sunday, January 20 at 1:00pm. Actors should prepare one musical selection and provide sheet music in the correct key. A cappella auditions will not be considered. An accompanist will be provided. Readings may be requested. The Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center is located at 1028 Scott Street in Covington. Parking is available.
