If you like working with children and the general public, then this opportunity is for you! The Freedom Center is looking for volunteers for our Freedom Family Saturdays, which take place every 3rd Saturday of the month. Freedom Family Saturdays are designed to offer children hands-on activities, crafts, music, theater, film and the Freedom Center experience. The days will not only leave young guests entertained, but the children will leave inspired and informed. They'll learn some important and universal lessons of courage, cooperation and perseverance. The kinds of activities that volunteers will be doing:

• greeting people as they come in the door
• handing out information for the Freedom Center
• helping facilitate the activities with the children and their families out on the museum floor
• "floating" out on the museum floor, giving people directions and answering any questions they might have, etc.

So as you can see, there are tons of different things people can do that day and hopefully some of them will be a lot of fun!
